Art Soup luncheon after a good day of painting a fabulous model.  The art spirit is alive and well here at Patris Studio and Gallery! And the soup was amazing.  Let's do it again!!!!!!

  Friday Dec. 28  

    MODEL SESSIONS

long pose session (10 am - 1 pm)

shorter poses session 12 - 3:30 pm (overlaps long pose session 12 - 1 pm)

      select your time:

• Stay for the entire time from 10 am - 3:30 and work on long and short poses 
• Join us 10 am - 1 pm for one 3 hour long pose
• Join us 12 noon - 3:30 for shorter poses (overlaps long pose session 12 - 1 pm)
• Pick a 3-hour time span --customize your own open studio session time!!!
• OR JUST COME AND JOIN US FOR ART SOUP LUNCHEON!

  ART SOUP LUNCHEON 1:00 - 1:30 (or longer!) 

• If arriving at 10 am, please bring a ready-to-add soup ingredient to put in our savory broth to simmer on the 6-burner stove while we paint, sculpt or draw. Art Soup will be served at 1 pm for a holiday luncheon party.

• If arriving after 10 am, please bring some bread or desert to share for Art Soup Luncheon and plan to join us for a savory meal together

        AFTER ART SOUP LUNCH

We’ll do a few shorter poses from 1:30 pm - 3:30 pm. 

Cost:

$10 for 3 hour session

$15 for the entire day

2nd Saturday Art in Action

Did you know that you can paint, sculpt or draw from a live model every 2nd Saturday from 3 pm - 6 pm? It's free, but donations are graciously accepted and are used to continue funding our art opportunities for the community.

Next 2nd Saturday's model vignette will be "WinterWonderland." Get creative or just come by and observe the creative process in action!!!

POP UP this Friday

We've been working on one hour poses during POP UP.  So MUCH FUN!!!

An hour acrylic sketch by Patris. Using gessoed  24x 30 paper and a limited palette of only one red, one blue, one yellow and white, she worked quickly to capture the feeling of the pose.
