Hatha Yoga with Jan in the Gallery starts Feb 6!
Make your new year resolution to enrich your body, soul, and spirit! We've got something special for you.....Yoga in the Gallery!
Hatha Yoga with Jan at
Patris Studio & Art Gallery
Yoga Class Days/Times:
Wednesdays at 8:00-9:00 AM
Yoga Class Fees: $10 per drop in
class.
Enjoy a 1 hour equilibrium
inducing Hatha Yoga Class which focuses on truly holding and focusing on each pose one at a time.
Poses flow from standing to sitting to supine. Class ends with a
relaxing Shavasana.
Classes are structured to appeal to
those who enjoy doing Hatha Yoga at all levels from beginning to advanced; including variations
on poses.
Please bring your own mat. If desired
you can bring your own blanket, props,
and water bottle to quench
your thirst.
Bio: Jan is a Certified Hatha
Yoga Teacher; certified through Sivananda Yoga in India.
She has been teaching public and
private Hatha Yoga for 10+ years. She has taught
in New York City, San Francisco, Los Angeles and
Sacramento. She has also taught
at demos, workshops, events and retreats.
